We all have that one friend who we all love to death. BFF.
Well, friendships aren't always rainbows and flowers, there comes times where your friend might have done something to upset you, or vice versa. And, sometimes we all don't know whether to speak up, or let it go and pipe down. Let me tell you something. Don't lie and say, "Everything's fine," when it's really not, speak the truth. Tell your friend what's on your mind, they need to know or else it will just keep happening!
Now I know what you may be thinking, "There going to get mad though," and you don't want that to happen but eventually if you keep it inside and don't speak up...then your going to be the one who gets mad one day and blow up. And your friend wouldn't know why.
Friendships are based on truth.
I know you might not want it to be a whole big thing, so stay calm. Have a heart ot heart discussion with them on how you feel. Stay calm. One sign of a true friendship is being able to share your private feeings and secrets, even the messy, uncomfortable ones.
So what I'm trying to get through to all of you is next time your friend does something you don't like, tell them. Be honest and don't keep it bottled up inside.
And if your friend is tells you something, listen.

Anyone else watch Glee, 'Born This Way', episode last night? Me! I just wanted to show you my absolute favorite part of the whole episode! I love their version of the song, "I Feel Pretty,".
I love the song because it explains what every girl in America does just to feel pretty. Or just to be like another girl they want to be.
Any girls who are reading this right now you must know,
you. are. beautiful.
Even if you don't feel like it just know I think you are.
I know we all have those days where we hate ourselves just because of the way we look. Been there.
I want to give you a tip on shooing all those bad thoughts away.
I read a book by Elizabeth Berkley called, "Ask Elizabeth" it's a book about things girls all across the world are feeling about themselves and what they do, and what she suggests to do to make all the negative thoughts about yourself go away.
For all those bad thoughts you have about yourself when you look in the mirror she suggests flipping it. Yup. Flip hose thoughts into positive thoughts for 28 days. For 28 days point out the things you love about yourself, not the things you hate. Like, some days I don't like how big my nose is, but instead of looking at that I point out how pretty my eyes look with the oufit I'm wearing. If you just train your mind to think positive eventually the negaive things will just stop.
If you think negatively in those 28 days you just start over.
Another tip was from a girl who didn't like her appearance and was tired of feeling bad about herself so she wrote post-it notes with "Hey you! Your beautiful jsut know that," or "OMG, I love how your legs look in those jeans!" simple things that make you smile.
